How do I package my cards?

We require each card be sent in a sleeve and toploader inside of a team bag or box, as all cards are scanned as they are received. We suggest not sending cards in one-touches, screw-downs, etc. If they are received in anything other than a sleeve and toploader there will be a $0.25 charge per 35 point toploader and $0.50 per 55-240 point toploader used.

What kind of cards can I send in?

We are actively looking for single sports cards with a realistic sell value of $5 and higher. No raw vintage (anything earlier than 1980) or raw Pokemon/MTG/etc will be accepted at this time. Any unsold cards will not be returned.

How are the items listed?

We currently list one weekly auction that runs Sunday evening to Sunday evening (Sunday or Monday holidays will be listed on Monday evening). All of our items start at $0.99 with no reserve.
All 20 card or under orders received by Wednesday should be ready for approval for the same week’s auction, otherwise they will be ready for approval the following week.

When can I request payout?

Payout can be requested 4 business days after the auction payment has cleared our account. Our website will automatically show you when you can request payouts.

How much is the consignment fee?

Currently we offer a simple payout rate of 80% minus 50 cents per item sold up to $2500. Any single item selling for over $2500 will be paid out at 85%. We will offer a more robust payout structure in the future.

What if an item goes unpaid for or is returned?

If an item goes unpaid for, it will automatically be relisted during our next round of auctions at no additional cost to you. If an item with a sell price under $500 is returned we assume the cost of the refund and will relist the item to recover our funds. If an item with a sell price over $500 is returned, we will deduct your account for the returned amount and contact you with the option to relist the item or to ship back the item once the negative balance is zeroed.
